My shipment appears to be lost/stuck/missing. What should I do?

All packages are shipped via USPS. There are times that scans do not take place and it may appear that the package is “stuck” in one location. 

The easiest way to get specific information if you feel your package is unusually delayed is by calling your local post office location. They can also start a missing package request if they deem that appropriate. All packages are shipped from Lombard, IL, should they ask. Due to COVID19, some deliveries may take up to 7 days. That said, most are delivering within the 3-5 as usual. 

If USPS deems a shipment lost, please contact us so we can work with you to get a replacement mailed out.
