You are able to download SentryView to any device that is logged into the AppleID that was used to redeem the code we sent at the time of shipment.
Here's how to download the app on other devices that are logged into the same AppleID (you can share with family members by using the instructions all the way at the bottom of this article).
1. Open the iOS App Store on the device on which you want to download the app.
2. Tap “Search”
3. Tap your profile image.
4. Tap Purchased
5. Search for SentryView
6. Tap “Install” or the cloud with the down arrow (may show up differently for different users)
Want to share the app with other family members? Use Apple's Family Sharing.
You can use Family Sharing on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 8 or later.
- On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, tap Settings > [your name]. Then tap Set Up Family Sharing > Get Started, then follow the onscreen steps.
