Common ordering questions
Orders and Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS within 1-2 days (unless noted). Customers in the US have the ability to choose First Class (3-5 days) or Priority (2-3 days) shipping. International customers should expect 8-15 days for delivery.
During checkout you will be given an option to check a box to create an account. This will tie your order to your account so you can easily track shipment progress.
Either respond to your order confirmation email or use the contact form here. Please note that shipments happen daily and your order may ship in less than an hour depending on when it’s placed.
You are emailed as the status changes on your order. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information for your package. This can also be viewed in your account should you elect to create one or on our Shipment Tracking page using your order number and order email address.
No, we do not retain any credit card information in any of our databases. Our payment processor, Stripe, links us with a purchase ID that allows us to issue refunds but not initiate additional charges.
As a business based in Illinois, sales tax is only charged to Illinois residents.
